Order Cancellation (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel your order, please email us at info@walterproducts.co.uk within the cancellation period.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered:

  • You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation

  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit

Return Condition

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and in resalable condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

If items are returned not in “as new” condition, we may:

  • Issue a partial refund, or

  • Refuse the refund

If a refund is refused, the item can be returned to you at your own cost.

All returned items are inspected before a refund is processed.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault

We may be unable to process a replacement or refund if sufficient evidence of the issue is not provided.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and results in a failed delivery, a £7.50 charge will apply to cover administration and re-delivery costs.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.


How to Return an Item

Before returning any item, please contact us first:

Returns received without this information may delay or prevent the processing of your refund.
